Now, prepared to unveil their highly-anticipated third studio album, Chapter III – Downfall on March 31st via Napalm Records, the band releases yet another shocking new tune.

Filled with heavy anthems, unique riffs, and the signature, tantalizing vocals of Melissa Bonny, Ad Infinitum seeks to not only entice fans with something new and spectacular but, please the senses with the melodies and sound that garnered them millions of video views to date. Tracks like “Marching on Versailles“, and “Unstoppable” were MONSTROUS upon their release, still raking in stream after stream, while the latest single, “Upside Down” is on its way up with more than 250k views already in!

Now, having returned from a myriad of sold out shows on their expansive European and UK tour with Amaranthe, Beyond The Black and Butcher Babies, Ad Infinitum have unveiled their newest treat, “Somewhere Better”.

The video begins with an ethereal atmosphere, where sparks ignite and a sea of illuminated lights spatter a darkened venue. Fans erupt, moving their lights from side to side in awe of Ad Infinitum‘s performance, spanning from stage to floor to fully engulf us in the moment. You get glimpses of the band, smiling, and moving along, absolutely thrilled to be on stage once more while the clips of fans, caught up in the emotion are captured – eyes closed, grins wide, and excitement fueling their every motion.

“The promise of a life, like a thousand suns inside my broken heart. I can see through your eyes, and embrace the flame that guides me through the night,” is a striking, and vivid line that really pulls you in, allowing you to close your eyes and not only feel the lyrics within but, see the light burning before you.

The video is a beautiful POV shot of memory, moment, and excitement yet the song itself does an impeccable job at painting a brilliant image of the fire within, and the moment to step forward. The passion exposed by Melissa is amplified by the glorious riff work and epic drums, that are pulled together through a seamless bass line that keeps anticipation high. It’s a song that goes beyond cellphone lights and stage depth, to one of inner strength and a fire yearning to be set free.
